     Zucchini bread

Ingredients
3 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups of flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 cup copped nuts (I used walnuts)
1 tsp salt
 
1 tsp baking soda
2 cup grated zucchini
Instructions
Cream eggs, sugar and oil. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Bake in 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
