Sear meat in oil, add water-wine,soup mix-herbs
simmer 1 hour-covered
Add vegetables - simmer 1 hour covered
Remove all leaving broth
Add flour and water
Heat over medium heat to make 1 cup gravy
Add all back to pot and mix thouroughly
