3 cups flour
1 1/4 cup shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
6 Tablespoons water
 
Instructions
Cut shortening into flour and salt. Combine egg and water. Pour liquid into flour mixture. Blend or knead. Roll out on floured surface.
