     Breakfast buns / frokost boller

Ingredients
50 g fresh yeast
2 tablespoons watm water
3/4 dl warm milk
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
Filling-
15 g butter
2 tablespoons sugar
 
Coating-
60 g butter
1 teaspoon cinamon
120 g sugar

Instructions
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water; add the milk and half of the flour. Knead the dough and let stand for 4 0minutes. Mix eggs and vanilla and add the mixture in the dough. Knead the rest of the flour and let stand till the dough raises double the size. When the dough has risen, put in the fridge till the next morning.
Filling- Next morning take dough out of fridge and roll out the dough making it into a square. Melt the butter and brush it over the dough. Sprinkle the sugar over it.
Knead the dough and cut out 12 buns. Place the buns into a greased muffin pan; make sure dough is pressed well into the muffin hole. Let stand in room temperature. Bake buns at 180 °C for 20 minutes
Coating- Melt butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Brush the warm baked bun with the melted butter and then roll them into the sugar/cinnamon mixture.
