     Traditional Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
9 inch unbaked pastry shell
16 oz can pumpkin
14 oz can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
2 eggs
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell. Mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temp to 350 and bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1 in crom edge comes out clean.
