Crush oreos. Melt margarine and mix together. Put in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Mix 2 sm pkg of vanilla instant pudding with 2 1/2 c milk and fold in 8 oz whipped topping. Put over crust and put some crushed oreos over top. Refrigerate.
