Toss shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, brown sugar and chopped chipoltes in adobo sauce and wix well to coat shrimp. Cover and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350. Spread out marinated shrimp on foil lined baking sheet and season with salt/pepper. Bake until shrmp turn pink about 10-15 minutes.
