Mix the liquid from the pineapple and mandarin oranges in a cup. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Cool by adding the frozen juice. Add 2 cups of the orange-pineapple liquid mixture. Refrigerate. When nearly set, add the pineapple, mandarin oranges and marshmallows. Fold in cool whip. Let sit in refrigerator overnight.
