     Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients
1 c almond milk or soy milk
1/2 c canned pumpkin puree
1 heaping tsp pumpkin pie spice
OR 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp black strap molasses
1/2 frozen banana
OR 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 to 4 ice cubes
 

Instructions
Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Variation Soak 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds and 1/4 c rolled oats in the almond milk overnight. Add 1 Tbls maple syrup.
