     Vegetarian Rogan Josh

Ingredients
olive oil
2 red onions
butternut squash
cauliflower
cilantro
punjab rogan josh sauce
chick peas
spinach
garlic
 
raisins
red chili
veggie stock
yogurt

Instructions
Add oil and onions to a skillet. When the onions start to sweat, add veggie stock, butternut squash, Cauliflower, coriander and mix. Add Rogan Josh sauce, chick peas, red chili and cover until thick. Add spinach to wilt and raisins. Serve with Greek Yogurt
