Ingredients
2 or 3 tubs cream cheese
1onion
3 or 4 rashers of bacon
Sundried tomatoes
1pkt frozen spinach
 
Instructions
Fry onion and bacon. Add thawed and drained spinach.
Add creamed cheese and stir until melted.
Stir through chopped sundried tomatoes.
