Ingredients
6-7 Fresh sardines
1 tinnned sardine
Daun Kesom 2 bunches
chilli boh - full ladle
belacan powder - a few tablespoons
asam jawa - 1.5 tubs
5 ikan bilis stok cube
1 large bunga kantan
Garnish
 
pineapple
shallots
cucumber
otak otak
mint leaves

Instructions
Steam the sardines and de-bone. Clean the canned sardines.
Boil the daun kesum, half the bunga kantan with stalk in half a large pot of water until dis- colours. remove the daun kesom - bunga kantan. Add the fish.
add chilli boh, asam jawa, belacan, stock cubes, fish and sugar. adjust each ingredient.
garnish with -pineapples -cucumber -shallots -sliced bunga kantan -otak otak -mint leaves
