Deskin pumpkin and chop into small cubes, set aside
Chop oinion, add to a pan with oil and the 2 garlic cloves (either
whole or crushed), cook on medium heat until onion is brown, then
add the pumpkin, put a lid on the pan and stir every couple of
minutes.

When the pumpkin has softened or turned a dark orange cover
pumkin with water (the more water the more runnier, vice versa),
also add the paprika, chilli and chopped carrot
