Ingredients
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 C. flour
2 C. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 C. vegetable oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 small jars baby food carrot
1 tsp. salt
 
Instructions
Combine eggs, sugar, carrots and oil. Beat well. Combine dry ingredients then mix into carrot mixture. Bake in a greased pan 35-40 minutes at 350o.
