3 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar
1/2 C. Butter or Margarine
1 8 oz. Package Cream Cheese
2 tsp. Vanilla
 
Instructions
Cream together margarine and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Use one half of this recipe to frost carrot bars.
