Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Blend in remaining ingredients. Put 2/3 of this batter in a 10" or 15" pan. Spread pie mix over batter. Drop remaining dough by teaspoon over the top of the pie mix. Bake at 350o for 25-30 minutes.
Combine all ingredients and spread over warm coffeecake.
These are too sweet, nothing healthy here. But they are really good and easy to prepare.
