     RDBE Taco Soup

Ingredients
1.5 lb GROUND BEEF
1 CHOPPED ONION
1 (14.5 oz) can DICED TOMATOES
1 (10 oz) can TOMATOES AND GREEN CHILIES
1 (8 oz) can TOMATO SAUCE
1 (15 oz) can WHOLE KERNEL CORN, undrained
2 (16 oz) cans KIDNEY BEANS, undrained
1 (14 oz) BEEF BROTH
1 pkg TACO SEASONING
 
CORN CHIPS
SOUR CREAM
GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
CHOPPED JALAPENO PEPPERS

Instructions
In a heavy pot, borwn mean and onions until meat is no longer pink. Add rest of items. Simmer for 30 minutes. Check for seasoning. (Do not over salt because corn chips will be salty). Service over crushed corn chips. Top with sour cream, green onions and cheese.
Author Note- you can use just 1 lb of Ground Beef and 1 can of Kidney Beans.
