Heat cream cheese, bean dip and sour cream over medium heat and stir to mix well. Add taco mix and green onion. Pour into small oven-proof dish and top with grated cheddar and jack cheese. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or fritos.
