     Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients
2 Cups shredded zucchini
2 eggs
1/2 Cup butter
1 3/4 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 Cup flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 Tbsp. cocoa
 
1/2 Cup sour milk (may add 1 Tbsp. lemon juice to make fresh milk sour)
1/2 Cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan or bundt cake pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350o.
