     Chocolate Frosting (Louise Bell)

Ingredients
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup chocolate chips
6 Tbsp. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 Cup butter
1/2 Cup marshmallows
 
Instructions
Bring sugar, milk and butter to rolling boil. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
