Ingredients
3 Cups diced, cooked chicken
4 beaten eggs
1 Cup cooked rice
2 tsp. salt
2 Cups soft bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/3 Cup diced celery
2 Cups chicken broth
1/4 Cup pimento
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Bake in a 350o oven in a 9"x 9" buttered pan. Easy to double for a crowd.
Mushroom Sauce:
Combine 1/3 Cup milk, I can Cream of Mushroom Soup and 1 can of mushrooms, drained. Heat and serve over Chicken Squares.
