     Oven-Barbecued Spareribs

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup catsup
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Cup cold water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
 

Instructions
Place about 4 lbs. Fresh pork spareribs, cut into serving pieces, meaty sides up on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast uncovered in 325o oven for on hour. While meat roasts, mix all above ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Brush pork with sauce. Continue to roast meat, turning and brushing frequently with sauce, until spareribs are done, about 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
