|
Place the rice into a rice cooker and let it cook
while you are preparing the other ingredients. Cut
the tofu into small chunks (however large or small
you prefer)and place into a large skillet with
olive oil. Then add the vegetables. Saute until
vegetables are soft. Season as desired.

While the tofu and vegetables are being sauteed,
place the 3/4 cup of peanut butter. Add taryaki and
soy sauce to taste. I used approximately 2 tbsp of
each. Heat at medium low heat until melted.

|
Once the sauce is melted and to your liking, pour
over the tofu and vegetables. Serve over the rice
once it is cooked and serve.
