     Beef and Potatoes

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. London broil, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
1 Tbsp. garlic pepper
 

Instructions
Microwave potatoes for 6-10 minutes or until tender. While potatoes cook, toss beef with garlic pepper and heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Add beef and toss for about 3 minutes; Remove beef. Add green pepper to skillet, toss 3 minutes. Add potatoes and sautÈ 5 minutes. Return beef to skillet and stir together until heated through. Makes 4 servings.
Critic Forrest Miller rates this recipe "four thumbs up!" For his version, season with Worcestershire sauce and a sprinkle of dried chili peppers.
