In a mixing bowl combine, the sifted rice flour, sugar, baking powder.
Mix until combined.
Pour in beaten egg, evaporated milk, melted butter and water. Whisk
until smooth batter. Prepare the steamer.
Lightly spray mold with cooking spray on all sides. Fill 3/4 of the
preferred molder with batter.
Place them into the steamer with a table cloth on the lead. Steam the
mixture for at least 13 minutes.
Remove from steamer and allow to cool down for a minute. Remove from
cupcake molds and serve. ENJOY!!!

top with small piece of cheese melted in steamer 30 seconds.
