Cut steak into serving size portion, trim off all fat,
grizzle and bones. Dip steak into egg and roll in
corn flake crumbs. Brown lightly on both sides in
butter. Salt and pepper as you brown. Pour tomato
sauce and 1 can of water over browned steak. Use
moderate to liberal amounts of chili powder
sprinkled over the sauce. Arrange green pepper
and onion rings over top of sauce. Reduce heat to
low and cover. Simmer for 45 minutes or until
steak is tender (cut with a fork tender).
