Brown chicken in a pan of 2 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, combined cream of celery, cream of chicken, sour cream and green chiles. In greased 9x13 dish, put 1/2 c cream mix on bottom of dish, layer tortillas, followed with cream mix, chicken and cheese. You should be able to make 3 layers like this. Last layer does not need chicken just lots of cheese. Bake at 425 for 20-30 minutes.
