     Enchilada Lasagna

Ingredients
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb chicken breast, chopped to bite pieces
5 c mexican blend cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c canned green chiles (drained)
small corn tortillas
1 tsp cumin
 
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions
Brown chicken in a pan of 2 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, combined cream of celery, cream of chicken, sour cream and green chiles. In greased 9x13 dish, put 1/2 c cream mix on bottom of dish, layer tortillas, followed with cream mix, chicken and cheese. You should be able to make 3 layers like this. Last layer does not need chicken just lots of cheese. Bake at 425 for 20-30 minutes.
