I use a coffe grinder to fine ground spices
|

|
|
I combine all the ingreadients in a food processor.
|
|
|
|
Thoroughly mix above ingredients and store in an airtight container. Dip pork chops into mixture or shake in a bag. Bake as desired.

Use the above on pork or chicken
