1- 3 or 4 oz package of thin-sliced corned beef, cut up (you can use deli thin sliced meat also)
½ cup shredded Swiss Cheese
½ cup soft rye bread crumbs (or small pieces, put in fry pan with butter)
2 tsp melted butter
Instructions
(Increase any ingredients to your liking. I use more of everything except sauerkraut, caraway and dressing.)
Spread sauerkraut in a small baking dish. Sprinkle with Caraway seed. Layer next four ingredients in order given over sauerkraut. (Toss bread crumbs with butter. Sprinkle over casserole. I put rye bread on the bottom of casserole.)
Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Yields
Two- servings, about 350 calories each.
