     Sauerkraut and Smoked Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
1 medium onion
1 green bell pepper
4 pounds sauerkraut
2 pounds skinless smoked sausage
 

Instructions
Reserve half of the onion and green bell pepper
Combine all other ingredients and spoon into casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min
Sprinkle with cheese and reserved bell peppers and continue to bake for 5 more minutes
Serving Suggestions
Serve with cornbread
