     Meatballs- Swedish or Sweet and Sour

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
 
Sweet and Sour Sauce;
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1 - 13.25 can pineapple chunks
1/3 cup vinegar
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 small green bell pepper, chopped

Instructions
1)Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs. Roll into 1-inch balls. Cook in ovem for 30 minutes or until done; drain fat.
2) SWEDISH MEATBALLS; Mix 2 cans together; 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of asparagus soup (any combination). When sauce is well mixed, pour into 12-inch skillet and add meatballs. Bring to boil; serve with rice and vegetables.
3) SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS; Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet. Stir in pineapple (with syrup), vinegar and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Add meatballs. Cover; simmering, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Stir in green pepper. Cover; simmering until crisp tender, 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
