     Grilled Tri-tip w/Oregon Herb Rub

Ingredients
1 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp dried sage
1/4 tsp rosemary
 
2 1/2 lb tri-tip

Instructions
Mix herbs. Moisten roast with water, pat dry and put on rub. Put in the fridge for 2 hours. On grill, quickly brown, then slow cook 1 ½ hours. Cover with foil 10 min then serve.
