Combine bread crumbs, flour, parmesan, paprika, garlic and onion powder and mix.
In a shallow bowl, combine puree and egg.
Sprinkle chicken chunks with salt and dip into egg mixture and toss into bread crumbs.
Cook over medium heat, add oil and cool until crisp and golden – 3-4 minutes on each side.
