In a large container (make sure it has a lid), mix
the pineapple, crushed red pepper, and brown sugar
together. Place ham in the mixture, and be sure ham
is well coated. Refrigerate overnight, or at least
for a few hours.
Once the ham has been marinating for a day or a
few hours, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove ham
from mixture, cut a few slices in the ham length-
wise (just to make sure some glaze absorbs into
the ham), and place on a roasting rack. Place
mixture on the stove and add 1 tablespoon corn
starch, and 1 crushed clove garlic. Mix well. Once
the glaze is bubbly, keep on a very low heat.
Baste the ham with the glaze every 20 minutes. Make
sure to keep some to pour over the ham once it is
done (60 minutes).
