Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 pan. Beat together eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in carrots. Fold in the pecans. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-50 minutes. Frost.
