     Instand Rise Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
5 cups hot water
7 cups whole wheat flour placed in Bosh mixing bowl.
JOG machine
Add 2/3 cups oil, 2/3 cups honey or raw sugar
1 Tbs salt and JOG
Add 2 Tbs dry yearst and JOG
Start adding whole wheat flour
Add 3/4 to 1 cup gluten
Add 3 tbs dough enhancer
 

Instructions
Add enough flour that it will mostly leave the sides of the mixing bowl but not climb center post. At this time set timer for 10 minutes and the oven at 250 degrees. Continue mixing during the 10 minutes. At the end of 10 minutes have 8 small bread pans or 4 medium bread pans well greased with shortening. Oil hands and form loafs. Turn off oven and place pans in the warm oven and let rise 15 to 20 minutes. Turn oven on to 350 degrees and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from pans, place on racks and cool. Brush tops with butter or oil. Eat and enjoy!
To make white bread substitute honey for 5 tbs auger. No gluten or dough enhancer.
