     Pizza Dough

Preptime   5 mins

280ml water
30ml virgin olive oil
450g white bread flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp easy bake yeast

Place in bread machine (in the order recommended by the manufacturer). Select 'pizza' or 'dough' setting.
When ready tip onto floured surface and divide into 4 large or 6 smaller dough balls. Pre-heat oven to 220c/ 425f / Gas 7
Roll each ball into a thin circle (or square).
Part bake in hot oven for 2 to 3 minutes each side. When partly cooled add tomato paste & toppings and cook for another 6 to 8 minutes. Enjoy. Also can freeze well.
