An hour before cooking, take the pizza dough out of the refrigerator. Put pizza stone on the top shelf of the oven. Preheat the oven to 550 degrees or the highest setting on your oven.

Once the stone has preheated for one hour, roll out your pizza dough to the size of the stone. Place dough on the heated pizza stone.

|
Spoon thin layer of sauce onto dough, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges for the crust. Top with basil leaves. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and then mozzarella.

|
Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese browns slightly and is bubbly. Remove pizza from oven and place on a cooling rack for 5 minutes. Serve.
