2 egg whites
1/4 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons salsa
2 tablespoons shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
1 small whole-wheat tortilla
 

Instructions
Scramble eggs, beans, salsa and cheese. Fill tortilla with egg mixture.
