Rinse roast off, then place in crockpot. Pour all
the peppers and juice on top of roast. Fill empty
bottle 1/4 full with warm water. Add the Au Jus
gravy mix, put lid on, and shake well; pour on
roast. Best if cooked on low for 8-10 hours. Meat
should be tender enough to pull apart with forks.
Serve on your favorite rolls.
