Preheat oven to 375. In a small bowl, stir
together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
Set aside. IN large bowl, cream together butter
and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla.
In two batches, blend in dry ingredients. Drop
mounds of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake
11 to 13 minutes in preheated oven.
