     Rosemary Potatoes

Servings   4 & 1/2 cup

Ingredients
1 lb potatoes, chopped into 1 inch pieces
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
1/8 tsp fresh chopped rosemary or 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Toss potatoes, olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated. Spread potatoes on baking sheet. Roast for 30 minutes or until potatoes are slightly browned and easily pierced with fork.
