Cook pasta according to package.
Meanwhile, heat oil a non stick skillet. Peel and course lay
chop the onion, adding it to the skillet as you chop. Add the
mushrooms to the skillet and cook until the liquid is released.
Stir frequently. Cut the tomatoes in half and set aside. Pour
the pasta back into the cooking pot and add all vegetables.
Add pesto and Parmesan, stir and toss well to coat. Add a bit
more olive, 1 t. At a time if needed to keep the pasta from
clumping.serve at once.
