     Samoas Island Treasure

30 Samoas, grind well
2 T butter, melted
1/4 c butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
3 1/2 c milk
2 small boxes instant coconut pudding
1 small can crushed pineapple, drain well
10 container whipped topping
lady fingers

Combine ground Samoas and melted butter together. Mix well. Press of the Samoas cookie crust mix in the bottom of a 9x13. Line the top of the crust with lady fingers. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl cream butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and mix well. Add instant coconut pudding, milk and crushed pineapple. Mix all together for about 2 min. Fold in whipped topping. Pour half of the mixture over the lady fingers and then add another layer of lady fingers on top. Spread remaining filling over the top of the lady fingers. Cover filling with remaining Samoas cookie crust mixture. Chill for 24 hours and serve.
