Ingredients
2/3 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup oil
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. sale
1 clove garlic minced
4 1/2 to 5 1/2 lb. beef minced
 
Instructions
Place all ingredients in dish or plastic bag and marinade over night or longer for best favor--grill meat or broil.
