Preheat oven to 350
1. Pour the soup and baking powder into a dry
magic bullet blender, blend until no large peices
(about 30 seconds)
2. Pour into a Medifast shaker cup, add water
3. Mix well. Should be just moist, not watery
or runny
4. Spoon out on to non stick tin foil on a baking
sheet into 2 inch diameter rounds. Make as thick
or thin as you like
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until edges get crisp.
6. Let cool then peel off tin foil and enjoy
