.Preheat 375
.spray muffin pan
.brown the beef, season with salt & pepper
.cut wonton wrappers into circles 2 1/4 inches (you can use a biscuit cutter or the bottom of a drinking glass)
.Press wonton wrapper to the bottom of each muffin tin.
.Sprinkle Parm, Ricotta, & Mozz Chees
.Top with meat then pasta sauce
.Repeat
.Top with reserved Parm & Mozz cheese
.Bake 18-20 min. (til edges are brown)
.Cool 5min.
