     Artichoke Dip - Mike's

Ingredients
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1 c Parmesan cheese, grated
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 c mayonnaise
1 4-6 oz can diced green chiles
Jalapeno to taste
1 can water chestnuts chopped
1 tbl lemon juice
 

Instructions
Using a hand held blender, mis cream cheese with mayonnaise. Do not overmix as mayo will separate. Fold in remaining ingredients. Bake in a shallow dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until edges are browned and bubbling. Serve with sliced baguette slices.
Variations- 1 pkg of thawed frozen spinach, all liquid removed 1 c monterey jack cheese, shredded
