1/2 bushel tomatoes, cooked, and cleaned

1 pt oil

8 small tomato paste

1 T basil
|

1/2 c salt

1 1/2 c sugar

5 cloves diced garlic

3 lb chopped onions

4 hot peppers chopped

Instructions |
|
|
Cook tomatoes, garlic, onions and peppers together until soft, put through sieve or grinder.
|
|
|
Add oil, tomato paste, basil, salt and sugar to tomatoes and cook until thick. Put in hot jars and seal.
