     Swiss cashew tossed salad

Ingredients
1/3 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
2 t prepared mustard
1 t grated onion
Dash of salt to taste
1 cup vegetable oil
1 t poppy seeds
1 bag or bunch romaine
1 cup salted cashews
 
4 oz Swiss cheese diced as desired

Instructions
In a blender combine vinegar, sugar, mustard, onion, salt. Cover and process until well blended. While processing gradually stream in oil. Stir in poppy seeds.
In a large bowl combine romaine, cashews, and cheese. Serve with dressing
